Hiking:

Hikes are scheduled usually for a Thursday on a weekly basis and typically start at 8:00 AM. Anyone who wants to lead or recommend a hike they like is welcome!  Criteria: Preferably the hike should be at least  4 miles, last approximately 2 hours and include free parking.

Contact Linda Podhorski at lpodhorski@yahoo.com for the details.   She will be arranging/scheduling hikes.  Interested DDSC members receive detailed hike information via email the weekend prior to each Thursday hike.

Picnics/Beach Parties:

See our Events Calendar for upcoming picnics and other informal events. Our annual summer beach picnic (typically in August) affords the opportunity to enjoy sailing, horseshoes, canoeing, BBQ and other fun activities.

        Concerts at various locations
        Annual Xmas holiday party
        Wine tasting parties
        Padres baseball/tailgating parties
        Mammoth summer activities (e.g. Wine Festival, Jazz Festival)
