SKI TRIPS

We typically offer three midweek ski trips to Mammoth Mountain (January, February & March) every season. This coming season we're again offering a fourth trip in April.

Our deluxe coach picks you up Sunday morning. After skiing five days, we leave the mountain Friday afternoon for San Diego. Every morning in Mammoth you will have a hot breakfast available before being whisked to the Mammoth Main Lodge in our private bus. Our driver also makes two daily afternoon pickups at the Main Lodge to bring you back down the mountain and drop you off at the Hotel. After a day of hard skiing you could relax in the heated indoor pool or Jacuzzi.

We are the only club in San Diego that offers midweek trips to Mammoth Mountain. We also participate in major trips sponsored by the San Diego Council of Ski Clubs (SDCSC) and the Far West Ski Association (FWSA) to both domestic and foreign destinations.

Each trip will include round trip charter bus transportation from San Diego to Mammoth Lakes, hotel (with pool and jacuzzi) and breakfasts, shuttles to/from the hill daily, 3 evenings of social activities and most importantly great company and fun times skiing together.
Single rooms or shared double rooms are available.

We are waiting on a few details so the prices will be announced soon.

There Are 2 Ways You Can Sign Up For Our Ski Trips

The easiest and most convenient way to sign up is online by clicking on the Mammoth Midweek # text under the 2024 Ski Trips column . Our secure system allows you to pay online. We don’t store credit card numbers, and all transactions are safe and secure. Alternatively, you can download the trip flier/application and mail it, along with a payment, to the indicated trip leader or hand them in at a club meeting. The Trip Fliers are available for download in PDF format by clicking on the links below. You will need Adobe Reader to view the form. Adobe Reader is available as a free download by clicking here.

For each trip we can provide the following offerings:
Option 1: A $100 credit will be given to signed-up participants who chose to provide their own transportation to/from Mammoth and give the trip leader a 60 day advance notification.
Option 2: A $150 cost to members who are not signed up but wish to participate in the evening activities and daily private coach shuttle to/from the slopes. No round trip San Diego - Mammoth transportation or lodging is included. The trip leader will accept only a cash or check payment.

DDSC Liability Insurance requires that you must be an active member of Don Diego Ski Club to join this trip.
The online registration process is for adult members.

Don Diego Ski Club has had a long history with the U.S. Adaptive Recreation Center (USARC) at Big Bear Mountain.
